  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (If the bank name is appearing on B/L as a consignee, original B/L (All 3 copies) should be discharged by the said bank)
  • Airway Bill (If the bank name is appearing on AWB as a consignee, the delivery order letter should be issued by the said bank on their letterhead)
  • Cargo Arrival Notice
  • Freight Invoice (In case of FOB Shipment)
  • Certificate of Insurance / Insurance Premium Receipt
  • Certificate of Origin (Preferential/ Non Preferential)

  • Purchase Order / Indent / Contract / Proforma Invoice / Order Confirmation etc.

Sub: Authority Letter and Declaration for Import /Export & All customs-related Job work.

Dear Sir,

We hereby appoint M/s. Ship Air Forwarders Pvt. Ltd. CB N0. AARCS3336FCH001 (11/851) admin office 110, Mahinder Chamber, Waman Tukaram Patil Marg, Chembur (East), Mumbai – 4000 071 as our Custom Broker to file our Bills of Entry/Shipping Bills on our behalf in above mentioned custom House and Participating Government Agencies (PGA) to complete all the documentation formalities up to clearance/to complete all the documentation formalities up to shipment.

We further state that this Custom Broker is also authorised to do the registration work of all types of Bonds and Licences like EPCG, Advance Authorisation etc. in all Custom Houses mentioned above.

There will be no individual authorization will be sent along with each document.

We understand that we are solely responsible for any irregularities or miss declaration if found in our any of the documents or consignments presented for clearance/shipment in terms of provision made under Customs Law and all Allied Acts applicable.

We also further undertake that we are solely responsible and liable for any action that the Department may choose to take in this regard and absolve CUSTOMS BROKER for any responsibility whatsoever.

This authorization will be valid for all our import and export consignments clearance/shipments till such time it is revoked by us in writing.
